Q. How can I place an order with

You can place your order from our eBay store, website or by calling us on 02890 992521 to make a card payment.

Q. Do you offer advice before I purchase?

Yes, we are here between 9:00am & 5:00pm Monday to Friday to answer your questions.  Please call us on 02890 992521.  We are closed between 1:00pm and 1:30pm for lunch.

Q. How long will delivery of my order take?

A. Normally 24-72 hours. Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same working day via Royal Mail 1st class post aiming for next day delivery. We also offer a Royal Mail Special delivery service for customers that require their charger the next day.  International delivery times will vary depending on your location but you should allow one to two weeks.

Q. How much does delivery cost? 

A. Free Standard 1st class delivery with all orders.

Royal Mail Special Delivery orders will attract an additional charge of £7.00.

International orders will attract an additional minimum charge of £3.00.


Q. Can I collect my order from you?

A. Yes. You can collect your order from our 3000ft² warehouse located at 1 Springbank Way, Tully Business Park, Dunmurry, Belfast, BT17 0EZ.


Q.  Are your payment options secure?

A. Yes, please shop with peace of mind. We do not actually have access to your payment details only our secure 3rd party payment processing provider PayPal has access to your details.  Currently we use PayPal express for anyone with a PayPal account and our own site integrated card payments system to process our online payments for everyone who does not have a PayPal account.  Our site integrated system is also facilitated by PayPal and can be used by everyone who has a credit/debit card but not a PayPal account.  Please be reassured your details are only held by PayPal who are amongst the most respected online payment providers in the world.
